DALIA, prin prelucrarea probelor de ap\u0103 \u0219i sedimente prelevate.<\/p>\n<p>Institutul nostru dispune de un spa\u021biu amenajat, dotat cu echipamentele de specialitate necesare, unde au fost analizate probele de ap\u0103 prelevate de la diferite orizonturi de ad\u00e2ncime din mai multe sec\u021biuni de interes \u0219i probele de aluviuni t\u00e2r\u00e2te \u0219i cele din patul albiei, recoltate \u00een pungi special etichetate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, au fost filtrate probele de ap\u0103 prelevate \u00een 14 sec\u021biuni de m\u0103sur\u0103tori, pentru a afla turbiditatea apei (concentra\u021bia de aluviuni \u00een suspensie) \u0219i a determina bilan\u021bul de sedimente, aceast\u0103 activitate contribuind semnificativ la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cunoa\u0219terii regimului de transport \u0219i a fenomenelor de eroziune \u0219i depunere a acestora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, pentru determinarea granulometriei (dimensiunii) particulelor de sedimente, probele de aluviuni t\u00e2r\u00e2te \u0219i cele din patul albiei au fost uscate \u00een etuv\u0103, sitate \u0219i c\u00e2nt\u0103rite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatele ob\u021binute vor fi utilizate pentru trasarea curbelor granulometrice ale sedimentelor pentru fiecare sec\u021biune de m\u0103sur\u0103tori, cu alte cuvinte, acele grafice care reprezint\u0103 reparti\u021bia \u00een procente dup\u0103 dimensiuni a particulelor ce alc\u0103tuiesc sedimentele.<\/td>\n<td><strong>Our specialists analyze water and sediment samples from the Danube<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the hydrological measurement campaign on the Sulina branch, we continue the activity related to the DALIA project, by processing the water and sediment samples.<\/p>\n<p>Our institute has a set up space with the necessary specialized equipment, where there were analyzed the water samples taken from different depth horizons from several sections of interest and the samples of dragged alluvium and those from the river bed, collected in labeled bags.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the water samples taken from 14 measurement sections were filtered in order to find out the water turbidity (the concentration of alluvium in suspension) and to determine the sediment balance, this activity significantly contributing to improving the knowledge of the transport regime and their erosion and deposit phenomena.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, in order to determine the granulometry (size) of the sediment particles, the alluvium samples and those from the river bed were dried in the oven, sieved and weighed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The obtained results will be used to draw the granulometric curves of the sediments for each measurement section, in other words, those graphs that represent the percentage distribution by size of the particles that make up the
