{"id":14621,"date":"2023-02-02T08:44:03","date_gmt":"2023-02-02T08:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hidro.ro\/?p=14621"},"modified":"2023-10-10T11:17:11","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T11:17:11","slug":"ziua-mondiala-a-zonelor-umede","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hidro.ro\/en\/ziua-mondiala-a-zonelor-umede\/","title":{"rendered":"Ziua Mondial\u0103 a Zonelor Umede"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ziua Mondial\u0103 a Zonelor Umede<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zonele umede constituie o parte fundamental\u0103 a capitalului natural, fiind sisteme ecologice de o importan\u021b\u0103 deosebit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Conservarea acetora \u015fi utilizarea durabil\u0103 a resurselor naturale a fost sus\u021binut\u0103 la nivel interna\u021bional \u00eenc\u0103 din secolul trecut, prin Conven\u021bia Ramsar, care a fost semnat\u0103 la 2 februarie 1971, \u00een ora\u015ful Ramsar, Iran.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, zonele umede sunt definite ca fiind \u201c\u00eentinderi de b\u0103l\u0163i, mla\u015ftini, ape naturale sau artificiale, permanente sau temporare, unde apa este st\u0103t\u0103toare sau curg\u0103toare, dulce sau s\u0103rat\u0103, inclusiv \u00eentinderi de ap\u0103 marin\u0103 a c\u0103ror ad\u00e2ncime la reflux nu dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte \u015fase metri\u201d &#8211; <em>Conven\u0163ia Ramsar (Art. 1.1)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Acestea, \u00een complexitatea lor, au func\u021bii multiple, cum ar fi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>capacitatea de absorb\u021bie \u0219i stocare a unui volum mare de ap\u0103 \u00een timpul inunda\u021biilor (\u00eenlocuind o serie de lucr\u0103ri hidrotehnice construite cu costuri ridicate);<\/li>\n<li>oferirea habitatului natural (reproducere, cuibarire \u015fi hr\u0103nire) pentru c\u00e2t mai multe specii de plante, animale, p\u0103s\u0103ri acvatice, inclusiv speciile aflate pe cale de dispari\u021bie;<\/li>\n<li>protec\u021bie a resurselor de ap\u0103 subterane;<\/li>\n<li>re\u00eenc\u0103rcarea acviferelor;<\/li>\n<li>alimentarea cu ap\u0103 a r\u00e2urilor;<\/li>\n<li>depoluarea surselor de ap\u0103, func\u021bion\u00e2nd ca un bazin de oxidare biologic\u0103 \u0219i chimic\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>oxigenarea apei prin vegeta\u021bia bogat\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>reglarea microclimatului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen acest context, la nivelul Institutului Na\u021bional de Hidrologie \u0219i Gospod\u0103rire a Apelor au existat preocup\u0103ri privind refacerea zonelor umede, prin Serviciul Ecohidrologie \u0219i Protec\u021bia Calit\u0103\u021bii Apelor, din cadrul Departamentului Gospod\u0103rirea Apelor.<\/p>\n<p>Speciali\u0219tii no\u0219tri au elaborat studii complexe de cercetare privind problematica asigur\u0103rii conectivit\u0103\u0163ii laterale, prin propunerea unor solu\u021bii poten\u021biale de refacere a zonelor umede, \u00een cadrul Direc\u021biei tematice &#8222;Studii pentru fundamentarea politicilor \u0219i strategiilor na\u021bionale \u00een domeniul gestion\u0103rii durabile a resurselor de ap\u0103 \u0219i managementului riscului la inunda\u021bii&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1140px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-14621-1\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hidro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Video-Ziua-Mondiala-a-Zonelor-Umede.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hidro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Video-Ziua-Mondiala-a-Zonelor-Umede.mp4\">https:\/\/www.hidro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Video-Ziua-Mondiala-a-Zonelor-Umede.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ziua Mondial\u0103 a Zonelor Umede Zonele umede constituie o parte fundamental\u0103 a capitalului natural, fiind sisteme ecologice de o importan\u021b\u0103 deosebit\u0103.
