font-size: 10pt;\">Durata de implementare: 48 luni<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>Obiectivele principale ale Proiectului IS-ENES2<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Proiectul IS-ENES 2 este o continuare a proiectului IS-ENES (2009-2013) \u015fi are urm\u0103toarele obiective:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">S\u0103 dezvolte integrarea \u015fi colaborarea \u00eentre comunit\u0103\u0163ile de modelare ale Sistemului P\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi cea de modelare climatic\u0103 la nivel European.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">S\u0103 contribuie la dezvoltarea modelelor pentru Sistemul P\u0103m\u00e2nt pentru o mai bun\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegere a variabilit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi schimb\u0103rilor climatice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">S\u0103 suporte realizarea de simul\u0103ri climatice pentru o mai bun\u0103 cunoa\u015ftere a posibilit\u0103\u0163ilor de variabilitate \u015fi schimb\u0103ri climatice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>Obiectivele principale ale I.N.H.G.A \u00een cadrul Proiectului IS-ENES2<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">I.N.H.G.A. va realiza \u00een cadrul Proiectului IS-ENES2 un studiu de caz detaliat de impact asupra regimului hidrologic din bazinul Dun\u0103rii inferioare (\u00een cadrul pachetului de lucru WP11), cu un accent pe extreme \u015fi evenimente hidro-meteorologice. Studiul de caz va fi completat \u015fi de o prezentare prin Portalul CLIMATE4IMPACTS ca un exemplu de utilizare a serviciilor \u00een cadurl acestui portal, pentru studii de impact ale schimb\u0103rilor climatice asupra regimului hidrologic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Produsele necesare calculelor vor fi generate \u015fi furnizate prin intermediul CLIMATE4IMPACTS, al\u0103turi de produse prezentate \u00een CORDEX con\u0163in\u00e2nd intercompara\u0163ii. Vor fi evaluate o serie de metode statistice de reducere la scar\u0103 local\u0103 a impactului factorilor la scar\u0103 global\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Se vor realiza, de asemenea, modalit\u0103\u0163i noi de acces la indicii climatici, ob\u0163inu\u0163i din seturile de date meteorologice de baz\u0103, care sunt proiecte pentru aplica\u0163ii specifice de utilizatori: de exemplu, secet\u0103, precipita\u0163ii extreme, extreme termice, cre\u015fterea lungimii sezonului, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Instrumentele de calcul vor fi integrate \u00een CLIMATE4IMPACTS pentru a oferi valori ale indicilor ob\u0163inu\u0163i din observa\u0163ii, din modele simulate pe date din trecut, respectiv din simul\u0103ri \u00een viitor, care vor permite utilizatorilor s\u0103 exploreze tendin\u0163e trecute \u015fi actuale ale acestor indici \u015fi modific\u0103rile lor \u00een perspectiv\u0103. Aceast\u0103 func\u0163ionalitate va permite proiec\u0163iilor climatice s\u0103 fie puse \u00eentr-un context istoric cu privire la indicii orienta\u0163i spre a fi folosi\u0163i de utilizator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Indeplinirea acestor obiective \u00een cadrul proiectului IS-ENES2 va conduce la o mai bun\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegere a impactului factorilor climatici asupra regimului hidrologic al Dun\u0103rii \u015fi totodat\u0103 la accesarea mai facil\u0103 de c\u0103tre diver\u015fi utilizatori, a produselor modelelor de schimb\u0103ri climatice realizate \u00een Centrele de specialitate din Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"it-IT\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Pentru atingerea acestor obiective se au \u00een vedere urm\u0103toarele etape:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"it-IT\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Investigarea extinderii spa\u0163io-temporale a inunda\u0163iilor pe Dun\u0103rea inferioar\u0103 (\u00een special a Deltei) \u00een vederea optimiz\u0103rii managementului resurselor de ap\u0103 \u015fi a evalu\u0103rii componentelor riscului impactului climatic asociat.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"it-IT\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Testarea de indici hidro-climatici pentru studiul de caz hidrologic la nivelul bazinului inferior al Dun\u0103rii.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-GB\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">Analiza seriilor de date hidro-climatice istorice \u015fi din scenarii, \u00een vederea stabilirii extremelor \u015fi tendin\u0163elor regimului hidrologic \u00een bazinul inferior al Dun\u0103rii sub impactul schimb\u0103rilor climatice.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Elaborarea unui model stochastico-dinamic pentru completarea seriilor de date hidrologice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Singurele tendin\u0163e de cre\u015ftere (dar cu un nivel de incredere sc\u0103zut) au fost semnalate \u00een lunile ianuarie \u015fi februarie, iar cele de descre\u015ftere \u00een luna iunie (tot la un nivel sc\u0103zut de \u00eencredere);<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">debitele maxime nu au identificat tendin\u0163e, cu excep\u0163ia lunii ianuarie unde la sta\u0163ia Bazia\u015f testul a identificat o u\u015foar\u0103 tendin\u0163\u0103 de cre\u015ftere a acestui parametru (\u03b1 = 0,1);<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">aplicarea testului Mann-Kendall pe valorile debitelor minime a identificat tendin\u0163e semnificative de cre\u015ftere \u00een lunile de iarn\u0103, \u00een special la sta\u0163ia Br\u0103ila, \u015fi tendin\u0163e de sc\u0103dere a acestora \u00een lunile de var\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Acela\u015fi tip de analiz\u0103 a tendin\u0163elor (\u00een variabilitatea debitelor medii, maxime \u015fi minime lunare \u015fi anuale) pe seriile de date medii, maxime \u015fi minime lunare \u015fi anuale la sta\u0163ii hidrometrice de pe principalii afluen\u0163i de pe sectorul rom\u00e2nesc al Dun\u0103rii (r\u00e2urile Jiu \u2013 s.h. Podari, Buz\u0103u \u2013 s.h. Racovi\u0163a, Ialomi\u0163a \u2013 s.h. Cosereni, Siret \u2013 s.h. Lungoci, \u015fi Prut la s.h. R\u0103d\u0103u\u0163i \u015fi s.h. Falciu, a indicat faptul c\u0103 nu s-au identificat tendin\u0163e semnificative statistic de cre\u015ftere sau descre\u015ftere a acestor debite, exceptie facand statia hidrometrica Lungoci care, pentru lunile de vara si iarna tendintele au fost de crestere semnificativa, iar pentru lunile de primavara tendinta este de scadere.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Astfel, pentru seriile de debitele medii lunare si anuale, a rezultat o usoar\u01ce tendint\u01ce de crestere a acestora, in special in lunile de toamna (septembrie si octombrie). La statiile Lungoci si Radauti usoare tendinte de crestere au fost inregistrate si in lunile februarie si martie. Tendintele de scadere au fost semnalate in luna mai la 3 statii (Podari, Racovita si Radauti) si in luna iunie la s.h. Falciu pe raul Prut. La nivel anual, doar in cadrul uneia din cele 6 statii hidrometrice analizate a fost identificata tendinta de scadere (s.h. Racovita pe raul Buzau).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Aplicarea testului neparametric Mann \u2013 Kendall pe valori ale debitelor maxime lunare si anuale a condus atat la identificarea unor tendinte de crestere, cat si de descrestere a acestora fara a avea insa un grad ridicat de incredere. Tendintele de scadere au fost identificate in lunile mai si iunie. La statia hidrometrica Falciu pe raul Prut tendintele de scadere au fost detectate si in lunile iulie, august, octombrie si noiembrie fiind, de asemnea si singura statie care a inregistrat tendinte de scadere la nivel anual. In schimb, tendintele de crestere au un nivel de incredere mai ridicat in special in lunile de toamn\u01ce (septembrie si octombrie). Raul Siret la statia hidrometrica Lungoci a inregistrat cele mai semnificative tendinte de crestere incepand din luna iulie pana in decembrie, precum si in luna ianuarie.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">In ceea ce priveste tendinta in variabilitatea debitelor minime lunare si anuale, aceasta a fost, in general, de scadere in lunile de primavara &#8211; vara. Exista totusi o exceptie, si anume statia hidrometrica Podari pe raul Jiu care, atat in lunile octombrie, noiembrie cat si la nivel anual prezinta o tendinta de crestere.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Pentru analiza tendintelor pe baza simularilor de evolutie de lunga durata a regimului hidrologic (2010-2050), au fost utilizate rezultatele simularilor realizate pentru Dunare la intrarea in tara (sectiunea Bazias).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Si in acest caz aplicarea testului Mann-Kendall pe seriile de valori ale debitelor medii, maxime si minime lunare, pe perioada 2010-2050 (valori rezultate pe baza scenariilor climatice) a aratat usoare tendinte de crestere ale debitelor minime, in special, in lunile de iarna si primavara (ianuarie \u2013 martie) cat si la nivel anual, gradul de incredere fiind si de aceasta data destul de nesemnificativ (\u03b1 = 0.1).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">In ceea ce priveste debitele maxime, testul aplicat nu a identificat nici tendinte de crestere nici de scadere, in timp ce debitele medii prezinta o usoara tendinta de crestere in luna februarie.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">In cadrul studiului au fost realizate \u015fi testate doua modele stochastico \u2013 dinamice pentru completarea seriilor de date hidrologice, modele de tip ARIMA si MAPA, implementarea acestor modele fiind realizat\u0103 \u00een limbajul R.
